The CSL 2011 League Play Dates are on weekends from September 10 to November 20 for all U14 thru U19 teams and from September 10 to December 18 for all U9 thru U13 teams. As a representative of our team, I acknowledge that by checking the adjacent box and submitting our team application to CSL that our team will be available to play on each and every play date with no exceptions.
